Talk to our teamEvery market works a little differently. Before we install anything we load the items and rates that move in your town, set the tax slabs for your state, and pick an invoice format your customers already recognise. You start billing the same day instead of spending a week entering data.
Yes. We work two ways. In the 55 towns listed on this site an engineer comes to your shop and does the whole thing in person, and you can also choose online setup if that suits you better. Anywhere else in India we install online: screen share, remote access, the same data import and the same training, just over a call instead of across your counter.
Yes. Billing runs offline and the data syncs to the cloud as soon as the connection comes back. Shops on the Char Dham route asked for this first, and now everyone gets it.
Your data sits on an encrypted server with a daily backup, and you can keep a copy on your own computer as well. You can export everything at any time, so you are never locked in.
No. Billing, school and library run on the same account, but you only pay for the module you need. You can add another one later without touching your existing data.
Installation, data import and staff training are free. After that you get phone and WhatsApp support from Monday to Saturday, and an on-site visit if the problem needs one.
Usually yes. Items, parties and opening stock come across from Excel or Tally, and we do it at no cost before installation.
For a single-counter shop, about two days from the demo to the first live bill. Multi-branch setups take a week or so, mostly because of data cleaning.
Nothing disappears. The software moves to read-only, you can still open old bills and reports, and you can export everything. Renew whenever you want and it picks up where it left off.
