About us
A software company that still visits the shop
We are a small team in Haridwar. We build the software, we install it ourselves, and we answer the phone when it rings.
How this started
A kirana owner in Jwalapur bought billing software, opened it, and found an empty database. Nobody had told him he would have to type in two thousand item names before he could raise a single bill. He went back to his register within a week.
That is the problem we set out to fix. Before we install anything, we build the item list and rates for the market the shop actually trades in. It takes us longer, but the shop bills on day one instead of giving up on day four.
Since then we have added school and library software, because the people we already worked with kept asking for it.
We are still small. Ten businesses bill on JashERP every day at the moment, and we would rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise. It also means you get the people who wrote the software on the phone, and we can still drive out to any of the 55 towns we cover.
