Using the service

JashERP is sold as a subscription. While the subscription is active you get the software, updates and support. The source code, design and brand remain ours.

Payment and renewal

• Subscriptions are paid in advance for the term you choose
• GST is charged on top of every listed price
• We remind you before a renewal falls due, and never charge silently

Refunds

If within seven days of installation you decide the software is not right for you, and data migration has not started, we refund the balance. On-site visits and any custom work already done are not refundable.

What we expect from you

• Keep your login details to yourself
• Use the software for lawful business only
• Give us correct GST and business details for your invoices

Limits

We work hard on uptime and backups, but we cannot be held responsible for business losses caused by internet outages, power cuts or third-party services failing. Our liability is limited to the subscription amount you paid for that year.

If your subscription lapses

Your data is not deleted. The software switches to read-only, so you can still open old bills and reports and export everything. Renew whenever you like and it carries on from where it stopped.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts at Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
