What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site we collect your name, mobile number, email address, business name and town. We collect it for one reason: so our sales team can call you back about the software.

What we do with it

• Contact you about a demo or a quotation you asked for
• Set up and support your software once you become a customer
• Send product updates and notices that affect your account

Do we sell your details?

No. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. The only outside parties who ever see any of it are the services the software cannot run without, such as the SMS gateway and the payment provider, and they only receive what they need to do that job.

Your business data

The customers, invoices and student records inside the software belong to you, not to us. We access them only for backup and for support you have asked for. You can export the whole lot at any time in a format you can open elsewhere.

Security

Data travels over an encrypted connection and is backed up daily on our servers. Inside the software, user rights let you decide which staff member can see which screen.

Cookies

This website uses one session cookie so that forms remember what you typed if something goes wrong. We do not run advertising trackers on it.

Removing your data

Write to info@jasherp.com and ask us to delete your details. We will do it within seven working days and confirm once it is done.
